Terms of Service

Effective 13 November 2026Last updated 5 November 2026Version 1.0

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Zaos Entertainment S.A ("we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of Zaos, the free-to-play online role-playing game, together with its game client, launcher, website at https://zaos.global, accounts, item shop, support system, community features and every related service we provide (together, the "Service"). These Terms include the end-user licence for the game software. Please read them carefully, together with our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, our Code of Conduct and our Virtual Currency & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms where they are referred to.

At a glance (a plain-language summary, not a substitute for the full Terms below)

  • You must be at least 13 to play. Players aged 13 to 15 need a parent's or guardian's confirmed consent, and anyone under 18 needs a parent's permission to buy anything.
  • Your account is personal to you. Do not share, sell, trade or lend it, and keep your password, security code and two-step verification safe.
  • We give you a licence to play. Cheats, bots, exploits, private servers and real-money trading are forbidden and can lead to a permanent ban, including a hardware ban.
  • Zens, Wands and all virtual items are a licence to use within the game, not property. They have no cash value and, once delivered, purchases are not refunded except as our Virtual Currency & Refund Policy or the law provides.
  • Zaos is a live game that changes over time and may be in beta or early access. We may update, rebalance, pause or reset parts of it.
  • Panamanian law governs these Terms, but if you are a consumer you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live.

1. Acceptance and changes to these Terms

1.1 Acceptance

You accept these Terms when you tick the acceptance box while creating an account, when you sign in with a social sign-in provider for the first time, or, if earlier, when you first install, access or use any part of the Service. We record which version of these Terms you accepted and when. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1.2 Capacity

By accepting these Terms you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement or, if you are a minor, that your parent or legal guardian has read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf as described in section 3.

1.3 Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect new features, changes to the game, changes in the law or regulatory guidance, or to improve clarity. When we make a material change, we will tell you in advance by email or in the Service and give you a reasonable period (unless the change is required sooner by law or is needed to address security, fraud or abuse) before the change takes effect. Where required, we will ask you to accept the updated Terms before you continue to use the Service. If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the Service and close your account at any time before the change takes effect, as described in section 17. Changes do not apply retrospectively to disputes that arose before the change.

1.4 Additional terms

Some features, events or promotions may have additional rules that we show you when you take part. If they conflict with these Terms, they apply to that feature only.

2. Who we are

The Service is provided by Zaos Entertainment S.A, a company registered in Panama with its registered office at 50th Street and Corner of Elvira, Tower Financial Center, 35th Floor, Suite L, Panama City, Panama. "Zaos" is the name of our game and Service. Our full company details are set out in our Legal Notice.

You can contact us:

3. Eligibility

3.1 Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Service. If you are under 13, you must not register, and we will close any account we discover belongs to a person under 13.

3.2 Players aged 13 to 15

At sign-up we ask for your date of birth. If you are under 16, you must also give the email address of a parent or legal guardian. We then send that person a request to confirm their consent, and your account stays inactive until they confirm it by email. By confirming, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf and accepts responsibility for your use of the Service. If consent is not given, the account remains inactive and may be deleted.

3.3 Players under 18

If you are under 18, review these Terms with your parent or legal guardian. You may make a purchase only with the permission of your parent or legal guardian, and only using a payment method they have authorised. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a minor's use of the Service, for any payment methods they make available to the minor and for the purchases made with them. Refund requests concerning unauthorised purchases by minors are handled under our Virtual Currency & Refund Policy.

3.4 Other conditions

You must not use the Service if the law that applies to you prohibits it, or if we have banned you before, unless we have agreed in writing that you may return.

4. Your account

4.1 Creating an account

You need an account to play. You may create one with a login name, email address and password, or by signing in through a supported social sign-in provider such as Discord or Facebook. You must give accurate and complete information, keep your email address up to date and not impersonate anyone. Your nickname, login name and character names must comply with our Code of Conduct.

4.2 One owner

Each account belongs to one person. For the purposes of these Terms, the owner of an account is the person who controls the email address registered to it. You may not share your account, sell it, buy another person's account, trade it, lend it, give it away or let anyone else use it, and you may not use another person's account. We may ask you to verify that you are the owner before we help you with your account.

4.3 Security

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything that happens through your account, unless it happens because of our own failure to take reasonable care. In particular:

  • choose a strong password and do not use it on other services;
  • keep your 7-digit security code secret. You choose it at sign-up and it is required to confirm sensitive actions such as deleting a character. We cannot restore a character deleted with your code;
  • we strongly recommend that you enable two-step verification (an authenticator app, passkeys and recovery codes). Store your recovery codes safely, because losing them may make your account impossible to recover;
  • only mark a device as trusted if it is yours and not shared with others;
  • never give your password, security code or verification codes to anyone. Our staff and game masters will never ask you for your password.

If you think someone else has accessed your account, change your password and contact support immediately.

4.4 Closed beta and one account per person

During a closed beta or other limited-access programme, we may permit only one account per person and may compare security signals, as described in our Privacy Policy, to enforce that limit. Outside such programmes, any limit on the number of accounts or characters is shown in the Service.

5. Licence to use the game

5.1 Your licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to download and install the Zaos game client and launcher on devices you own or control, and to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence starts when you accept these Terms and ends when these Terms or your account end.

5.2 Ownership of the software

The game client, launcher, servers, website and all their content are licensed to you, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights, title and interest in them. Except for the licence in section 5.1, nothing in these Terms gives you any rights in the Service.

5.3 Updates

The client and launcher may install updates automatically; some are required to keep playing. These Terms apply to every update.

5.4 Restrictions

You must not, and must not help or encourage anyone else to:

  1. use cheats, hacks, trainers, modified clients, injectors, speed tools or any software or hardware that gives an unfair advantage or alters how the game works;
  2. use bots, scripts, macros or other automation that plays the game for you or performs actions without your active, personal input;
  3. exploit bugs, errors, design flaws or unintended game mechanics, or fail to report them to us when you find them;
  4. copy, modify, translate, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the client, the launcher, the network protocol or any other part of the Service, or attempt to derive its source code, except to the extent that this restriction is not permitted by the law that applies to you;
  5. use any unauthorised third-party software that intercepts, reads, collects, mines or modifies game data, memory, network traffic or the client's files;
  6. host, run, connect to, promote or develop private servers, emulators or any unauthorised version of the game, or redirect the client to any server we do not operate;
  7. use data mining, scraping, crawling or similar automated means to extract data from the Service, except through tools we provide for that purpose;
  8. buy, sell, trade or offer to trade accounts, characters, virtual items, Zens, Wands or in-game gold for real money or anything else of value outside the Service ("real-money trading"), or advertise such services;
  9. interfere with, overload, attack or disrupt the Service, its servers or networks, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data;
  10. circumvent, disable or tamper with our anti-cheat, security, age-verification or access-control measures, or try to evade a sanction;
  11. use the Service for any commercial purpose, including advertising, without our prior written consent;
  12. use the Service in any way that breaks the law or our Code of Conduct.

Approved accessibility tools and the settings and features we provide in the client, such as key bindings, are allowed. If you are unsure whether a tool is allowed, ask support before you use it.

5.5 Anti-cheat and security measures

To protect fair play, the Service uses anti-cheat and security measures that check the client, its environment and the way the game is played. These measures may read a hardware identifier from your device and may run while the client is open. You agree that we may use them for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. The client will not work if these measures are disabled or tampered with.

6. Virtual items and currencies

6.1 What they are

The Service includes virtual items, characters, in-game gold, and virtual currencies, including:

  • Zens: the premium currency, which you can buy with real money and spend in the item shop on cosmetic and convenience items;
  • Wands: an event currency that you can only earn by playing. Wands are never sold for real money. Items that affect character power are obtained with Wands earned in play, not with Zens.

Together, these are "Virtual Items".

6.2 A licence, not property

Virtual Items are part of the Service. When you obtain any Virtual Item, whether by purchase, in play, as a reward or as a gift, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to use it within the Service, under these Terms. You do not own Virtual Items and they are not your property. To the extent permitted by law, you have no right, title or interest in any Virtual Item, and any balance of Zens or Wands shown in your account is a measure of the extent of your licence, not a credit, deposit or stored value.

6.3 No cash value

Virtual Items have no monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, exchanged or refunded for real money, goods or anything else of value, except where these Terms, our Virtual Currency & Refund Policy or mandatory law say otherwise. Virtual Items may only be traded with other players using the trading features we provide inside the game, and never for real money or other consideration outside the Service.

6.4 Changes to Virtual Items

Because Zaos is a live game, we may change, rebalance, replace or retire Virtual Items and their prices, effects or availability to keep the game fair and balanced. We will not do this arbitrarily, and where a change materially reduces the value of an item you paid for with Zens, we will limit the impact or offer a fair replacement as the law requires.

6.5 Removal of Virtual Items

We may remove Virtual Items that were obtained or used in breach of these Terms or our Code of Conduct, for example through an exploit, a cheat, fraud, a chargeback or real-money trading, and Virtual Items that were credited to you by mistake.

7. Purchases

7.1 Buying Zens

You can buy Zens through the website or the game. Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe, which may offer cards, PayPal and local payment methods available in your country. We never receive or store your full card number. By buying Zens you also agree to Stripe's terms for the payment.

7.2 Prices and taxes

Prices are shown before you confirm your order and include the taxes that apply to your purchase, such as VAT, where required. Your bank or payment provider may charge its own fees, for example for currency conversion.

7.3 Immediate delivery and the right of withdrawal

Zens are digital content supplied immediately. At checkout, you expressly request that we deliver the Zens immediately and acknowledge that, once delivery begins, you lose your statutory right to withdraw from the purchase (the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom would otherwise have). Once Zens are delivered to your account, the purchase is not refundable, except for the exceptions set out in our Virtual Currency & Refund Policy (such as billing errors, duplicate charges or non-delivery) or where the law requires a refund.

7.4 Details

Our Virtual Currency & Refund Policy contains the full terms of sale, including how to request a refund in the excepted cases, what happens with chargebacks and payment disputes, purchases by minors, gifts and promotions, and unused currency when an account or the Service ends. That policy forms part of these Terms.

7.5 Authorised payment methods

You may only use a payment method that you are authorised to use. If you are under 18, you need your parent's or guardian's permission, as set out in section 3.3.

8. User content and communications

8.1 What user content is

"User Content" means anything you create, upload, send or display through the Service, including chat messages (public, whisper, party, guild and offline messages), character names, nicknames, guild names, shop titles, player reports, support tickets, screenshots and other attachments, and feedback.

8.2 Your responsibility

You are responsible for your User Content. It must comply with these Terms, our Code of Conduct and the law, and must not infringe anyone else's rights. Do not share personal information, such as your real name, address or phone number, or anyone else's, in chat or names.

8.3 Licence to us

You keep any rights you have in your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, host, store, reproduce, display, translate, adapt and distribute your User Content to the extent needed to operate, provide, moderate, secure, promote and improve the Service. For chat and names, this licence lasts as long as the content remains in the Service and for the period afterwards needed for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights that would prevent us from doing so. We do not claim the right to sell your User Content to third parties.

8.4 Machine translation of chat

To let players who speak different languages talk to each other, the Service may automatically translate chat messages into the recipient's language. Chat translation is carried out by a translation server that we host ourselves inside our infrastructure; private chat is never sent to an external translation service. Machine translations may be inaccurate. You remain responsible for what you write, and we are not responsible for errors in an automatic translation.

8.5 Moderation

We do not pre-screen all User Content, but we may monitor, filter, hide or remove it, and keep chat logs, to enforce these Terms and our Code of Conduct, protect players and comply with the law. We may rename a character, guild or account whose name breaks the rules.

8.6 Reports

You can report players, messages and names through the in-game report tool or support. A report may include the position, diagnostic data and up to four screenshots. We keep the reporter's identity confidential from the reported player. We review reports and decide what action, if any, to take; we may not tell you the outcome. Knowingly false or abusive reports are themselves a breach of our Code of Conduct.

8.7 Voice chat

Voice chat in the game is provided through Discord. We do not record voice chat. Your use of voice chat is also subject to Discord's terms and policies, and our Code of Conduct applies to how you behave in it.

8.8 Screenshots and videos

You may share screenshots and videos of the game, including on streaming and video platforms with their usual monetisation, provided you do not suggest that we endorse you, do not use our logos as your own branding and comply with these Terms. We may withdraw this permission for content that harms the game or its players.

9. Code of Conduct and enforcement

9.1 Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct sets out how you must behave in Zaos and on our community spaces, and forms part of these Terms. It covers, among other things, cheating and botting, harassment, scamming, real-money trading, inappropriate names and exploits.

9.2 Measures we may take

If we reasonably believe that you have broken these Terms or our Code of Conduct, or that your account is being used to do so, we may take one or more of the following measures, proportionate to the seriousness and frequency of the breach:

  • a warning;
  • a chat mute;
  • a temporary suspension of your account or of specific features;
  • removal, reversal or correction of Virtual Items, Zens, Wands, gold or progress obtained in breach of the rules;
  • renaming of a character, guild or account;
  • a permanent ban of your account and, for serious or repeated breaches or ban evasion, of other accounts you control;
  • a hardware ban that prevents the device or devices used for the breach from accessing the Service.

Where the breach is serious, for example cheating, botting, fraud, real-money trading, account trading or attacks on the Service, we may apply a permanent ban without a prior warning. A ban applies to the person, so you must not create or use a new account to get around it.

9.3 Automated detection and review

Our anti-cheat and security systems automatically detect and score signals of cheating, botting, fraud and multi-accounting. These systems may flag accounts for review and may trigger automatic temporary measures, such as a temporary suspension, to stop harm while we investigate. Before we apply a permanent sanction, a member of our staff reviews the case. We do not make permanent sanctions solely through automated processing.

9.4 Information we give you

We will normally tell you which measure we applied and the general reason, unless that would compromise our anti-cheat systems, player safety or an investigation, or the law prevents it.

9.5 Appeals

If you believe a measure was applied by mistake, you can appeal through support at https://zaos.global/account/support. Give your account name and why you disagree. Where practicable, a staff member not involved in the original decision reviews the appeal, and we tell you the outcome. If it succeeds, we lift or reduce the measure and restore what we reasonably can. Appealing does not limit your other legal rights.

9.6 Purchased content and sanctions

If your account is suspended or banned for breaching these Terms, you lose access to the Virtual Items and currencies in that account for the duration of the measure or permanently. Unused Zens in an account banned for a breach of the rules are forfeited and not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise, as explained in our Virtual Currency & Refund Policy.

10. Availability and changes to the game

10.1 A live service

Zaos is an online game that is continuously developed. We may add, change, rebalance, restrict or remove content, features, game mechanics, maps, items and rules at any time, including through updates and patches, so that the game stays fair, secure, stable and enjoyable. We will not make changes arbitrarily, and we will take your reasonable interests into account.

10.2 Phased content

Zaos releases its content in phases. Some areas, levels, quests and systems are visible or mentioned in the game before they are available to play and will open in a later phase. We do not promise that any particular content will be released by any date, or at all.

10.3 Beta and early access

Parts of the Service, or the whole Service, may be offered as an alpha, closed beta, open beta or early access version. These versions are provided for testing and may contain errors, be incomplete, be limited to selected players and change significantly. During a beta or early access period, and when moving from it to a full release, we may reset or delete ("wipe") characters, progress, Virtual Items, gold, rankings and other game data. We will announce a planned wipe in advance where we can, and we will tell you before or at the time of a wipe how Zens bought with real money are treated.

10.4 Maintenance and interruptions

We need to carry out maintenance, deploy updates and fix problems. We will try to schedule planned maintenance at times that cause the least disruption and to announce it in advance. The Service may also be unavailable because of unexpected faults, attacks, problems with third-party services or the internet, or events beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, in every country or without interruption or errors.

10.5 Technical requirements

You are responsible for the device and internet connection needed to use the Service and their costs. The game client is available for Windows, macOS and Linux; other platforms may follow.

10.6 No guarantee of continuity

We cannot guarantee that the Service, or any game world, feature or Virtual Item, will be offered forever. We may decide to discontinue the Service or any part of it. If we decide to close the Service entirely, we will give you reasonable advance notice through the website and the game, and we will handle unused Zens as described in our Virtual Currency & Refund Policy and as the law requires.

11. Third-party services

The Service works with services provided by other companies, including:

  • Discord, for sign-in, the Discord features in the game client (presence, friends and voice chat) and the community server widget on our website;
  • Facebook, for sign-in, if you choose it;
  • Stripe, for payments;
  • other providers described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

When you use a third-party service, its own terms and privacy policy also apply to your use of it. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or their content, although we choose them carefully. If a third-party service stops working or changes, some features of the Service may not be available.

12. Intellectual property

The Service and everything in it, including the game, its software and code, world, characters, story, artwork, models, animations, music, sound effects, text, user interfaces, logos and the "Zaos" name, are owned by or licensed to Zaos Entertainment S.A and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws around the world. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved. You must not use our names, logos or trade marks without our prior written permission, except as allowed in section 8.8.

If you believe that content in the Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please write to legal@zaos.global, identifying the work, the infringing content and where it appears, and your contact details, and confirming that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We review every notice and may remove the content and act against repeat infringers.

13. Feedback and ideas

We welcome suggestions, bug reports and ideas ("Feedback"). If you send Feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use it for any purpose without obligation to you, to the extent permitted by law. We are not obliged to use or reply to it.

14. Privacy

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, and we use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Please read them to understand what we collect, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf and the rights you have.

15. Communications from us

We send service messages about your account, security, purchases, support and important changes by email, in the launcher, in the game or on the website. You cannot opt out of them while you have an account. We send marketing messages only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

16. Disclaimers

16.1 The Service is provided as available

We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. However, as an online game in continuous development, it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no promises or warranties, express or implied, about the Service beyond those set out in these Terms, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors, and we do not promise that any particular content, feature, game world or Virtual Item will remain available.

16.2 Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including any legal guarantee that digital content or a digital service you pay for is as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, and the remedies the law gives you if it is not. Those rights apply in addition to these Terms.

16.3 Interaction with other players

We are not responsible for what other players say or do, although we enforce our Code of Conduct and take reports seriously.

17. Termination

17.1 By you

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can ask us to close and delete your account through support or the account settings on the website, where available. Before we close an account, we may ask you to confirm your identity and the request. Closing your account is permanent: you will lose access to all characters, progress, Virtual Items, Zens and Wands in it, and they will not be refunded, except where the law requires. Some data may be kept after closure as described in our Privacy Policy.

17.2 By us

We may suspend or terminate your account and your licence under these Terms:

  • as a measure under section 9, if you break these Terms or our Code of Conduct;
  • if we are required to do so by law or by a court or authority;
  • if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse of a payment method or a chargeback, as described in our Virtual Currency & Refund Policy;
  • if your account belongs to a person under 13, or to a person aged 13 to 15 whose parent or guardian has not given or has withdrawn consent;
  • if we close the Service, with the notice set out in section 10.6.

17.3 Effect of termination

When these Terms or your account end, your licence to use the Service and all Virtual Items ends, and you must stop using the Service and uninstall the game client. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination continue, including sections 6.2, 6.3, 8.3, 12, 13, 16, 18, 19, 20 and 21.

18. Limitation of liability

18.1 What we are always responsible for

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for damage caused intentionally or by our gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law that applies to you.

18.2 Foreseeable loss

Subject to section 18.1, if we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was obvious that it would happen or if, at the time you accepted these Terms, both we and you knew it might happen.

18.3 Losses we are not responsible for

Subject to section 18.1, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • loss of profit, business, revenue or opportunity, or any loss arising from business use of the Service;
  • loss of, or damage to, Virtual Items, progress or game data, except where it results from our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care, in which case we will restore them where we reasonably can;
  • loss or damage caused by your breach of these Terms, by other players, by third-party services or by events beyond our reasonable control.

18.4 Cap

Subject to section 18.1, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Zens during that period and one hundred US dollars (USD 100), or the equivalent in your local currency.

18.5 Consumers

If you are a consumer, the limitations in this section apply only to the extent permitted by the mandatory law of the country where you habitually live, and do not affect your statutory rights or remedies.

19. Indemnity

If you use the Service other than as a consumer, or to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, you agree to compensate us and our directors, staff and contractors for any claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. This section does not apply to consumers where the law does not permit it.

20. Governing law and disputes

20.1 Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.

20.2 Your consumer protections

If you are a consumer, the choice of Panamanian law does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you habitually live. You can rely on those provisions in addition to these Terms.

20.3 Courts

The courts of Panama City, Panama, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and we may only bring proceedings against you in those courts.

20.4 Resolving issues with us first

If you have a complaint, please contact support first, at https://zaos.global/account/support, or write to legal@zaos.global. We will try in good faith to resolve your complaint within a reasonable time. Consumers in the EU may also use alternative dispute resolution where available. Contacting us first does not affect your right to go to court or to a consumer authority.

21. Miscellaneous

21.1 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the documents they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any earlier agreements, terms or understandings about it. Nothing in this section limits liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.

21.2 Severability

If a court or authority decides that any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, that part will be modified to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable, or removed if that is not possible, and the rest of these Terms will remain in full force.

21.3 Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another company, for example as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale of the Service, provided that this does not reduce your rights under these Terms or the law. We will tell you if this happens.

21.4 No waiver

If we do not insist immediately that you do something you are required to do under these Terms, or if we delay taking action against a breach, that does not mean you no longer have to do it and does not prevent us from taking action later.

21.5 Force majeure

We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, government action, failures of public networks or power, or attacks on our systems. We will take reasonable steps to limit their effect.

21.6 No third-party rights

No other person may enforce these Terms, except where the law provides otherwise.

21.7 Translations

We may provide translations of these Terms. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.

21.8 Notices

We may send you notices under these Terms to the email address registered to your account, through the launcher or the game, or by publishing them on the website, as appropriate. You should send formal legal notices to us at legal@zaos.global or to our registered office set out in section 2. Notices by email are treated as received when sent, unless we or you receive a message that delivery failed.

22. Contact

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us:
